Animal Rescue

Animal Rescue proceeds will be split between three fantastic organizations. Last Day Dog Rescue in Michigan, Wags & Walks in California, and the Wild Animal Sanctuary in Colorado. Last Day and Wags specialize in dogs, rescuing them from whatever dangerous living conditions the dogs have found themselves in and rehabilitating them for adoption. The Wild Animal Sanctuary currently operates two sites within Colorado totaling more than Ten Thousand Acres! They rescue animals from horrific captive situations and rehabilitate them so they can live and roam freely within large natural habitats with others of their own kind.

Breast Cancer Awareness

Breast Cancer Awareness proceeds will be donated to the California and Michigan chapters of the Shades of Pink Foundation. S.O.P. assists women going through breast cancer treatment with costs outside of their medical expenses. 62% of all bankruptcies in America are because of medical bills. Roughly 1.5-2 million people declare bankruptcy each year in America, which means nearly a million people are going bankrupt every 3 years because they can’t afford to get injured or sick.

Veteran Support 

Veteran Support proceeds from both California and Michigan will be donated to Project Sanctuary and Battle Brothers Foundation. Project Sanctuary believes that everyone has the right and the ability to heal. They assist military service members by reconnecting the family unit through a holistic approach. The program heals the traumatic effects of military service, treating all members of the family at their level of need and enabling the service members to reintegrate into their families and communities in a healthy and sustainable manner. Project Sanctuary’s work preserves the family unit, strengthening the community, the military, and the country.

The Battle Brothers Foundation empowers veterans through community-based personal development, economic upward mobility, and progressive medical treatments to better their lives and the lives of their families. Battle Brothers Foundation supports the use of non-opiate based treatment methodologies to treat a variety of common physical and psychological ailments suffered by veterans.

Suicide Prevention

Suicide Prevention proceeds will be donated to The Headstrong Project and Shelter To Soldier. The Headstrong Project’s mission is Cost-free, bureaucracy-free, and stigma-free treatment for the hidden wounds of war. Through a comprehensive 3 stage assistance schedule, they treat PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. They have anger management and trauma and grief counseling, as well as addiction assistance. Shelter to Soldier “is a CA 501c3 nonprofit
organization that adopts dogs from local shelters and trains them to become psychiatric service dogs for post-9/11 combat veterans suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and/or other injuries associated with traumatic service experiences. Every day, 20 US veterans and 1 active duty service member are lost to suicide. That’s an average of one life lost every 69 minutes.

End World Hunger

End World Hunger proceeds will be donated to the Feeding San Diego and Feeding West Michigan chapters of Feeding America. Feeding West MI supplies over 40% of Michigan’s food pantries and was recently named to Feeding America’s list of outstanding food banks, in recognition for going above the call of duty in response to the numerous natural disasters of 2018. Joining only 18 other food rescuers and distributors from around the country. Feeding San Diego generated 26 million meals last year and feeds 63,000 San Diegans every week. 97% of the 26 million meals is rescued food – not purchased. Through their partnership with Feeding America national, they have access to more than two billion pounds of contributed food. The product is also sourced locally, which allows them to turn every dollar donated into four meals.

Children’s Hospital / Pediatric Care 

Children’s Hospital proceeds from both California and Michigan will go to benefit Cookies for Kids’ Cancer and Saving Sophie. Cookies for Kids’ Cancer™ is committed to raising funds for research to develop new, improved & less toxic treatments for pediatric cancer. Saving Sophie provides inspiration and support for individuals, businesses and organizations to raise funds 5 by hosting grassroots bake sales and other fundraising events. Saving Sophie is a 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on providing unlimited online educational resources to families who have been stricken by cancer, autism or epilepsy. With a mission to raise funds for groundbreaking cancer research, it is our goal to support scientists who are working towards bringing less toxic therapies to the market.
